Job Description
- Identify current and future technological requirements.
- Conduct market research on new supplier markets along with price and cost trend information for use in developing sourcing strategies.
- Prepare, negotiate and agree on frame agreements and ensure that these are successfully implemented in the entity.
- Manage performance improvement of the selected suppliers.
- Lead the delivery of major and/or complex competitions and is responsible for drafting and negotiating group contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers making sure they maintain the best quality goods.
- Coordinate with other teams within the organization to ensure operations are going smoothly.
- Confirm accuracy of data concerning all product details with our sales team and partners.
Job Requirements
- 5 years' experience within procurement working with electronics.
- Bachelor's degree minimum - preferably in mechanical engineering or any technical studies.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in product development within the manufacturing process.
- Proven experience of taking on big challenges and delivering despite obstacles and limited resources.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
