Job Description
- Work closely with a senior BA to help build, manage and maintain market-facing web and mobile applications for our clients.
- Perform quality assurance, generate acceptance criteria, attend client meetings and gain familiarity with every step of our development process.
- Work directly with clients, client services, and operations to provide first-line software support for the company's Bruin Telecommunications Management Platform.
- Use creative problem-solving and analytical skills to help solve complex technical and business problems.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to improve the quality of products by resolving, troubleshooting, tracking and prioritizing development and production issues.
- Communicate complex technical and business information in a concise and articulate manner.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in analysis.
- 1-3 years of software support experience.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing these tasks to maximize productivity.
- A passion for solving problems and learning.
- Experience in working directly and effectively with clients.
