Job Description

Showroom indoor Sales needs to:
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Welcome customers to the show-room and answer their queries.
- Meet individual and company sales targets.
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Represent and promote the brand with products and services at show-room.
- Explain different customization features.
- Provide customer feedback to Head-Office
- Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
- Determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
- Organize & handle all products in the show-room.
- Ensure pricing updated right.
- Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
- Collect the correct customers data for the company.
- Explain products’ value and capabilities to customers.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
