Job Description
04 Egypt is based in the Greek Campus working on software development. We're looking for HR/Admin to handle the following tasks:
- Reporting to: Top Management
- Manage day-to-day operational/HR tasks
- Assist with recruiting activities such as gathering/filtering resumes, arranging and conducting primary interviews, etc.
- Hire employees when needed
- Administrating Payroll Process and payroll reports generation.
- Support in establishing the company’s policies and procedures
- Assist with providing information about packages, benefits and job description to both new and existing employees
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Check the attendance of the employees
- ready for hiring immediately
Job Requirements
- 1 -3 years of experience in an HR & Administration role
- Excellent organizing skills, problem-solving and team spirit
- Very Good written and verbal English & Arabic languages
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- preferred Males
