Main responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities in the office
- Undertake minor administrative and repair tasks in the office when necessary
- Perform other related tasks
- Handle admin work with sales and marketing team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years
- Ability to communicate in Arabic on daily routine matters
- Ability to send and receive emails without assistance.
- Professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours when required
- Kowledge of basic English language
