About the Job
  • Appointment Settings for one of the biggest Medical Centers in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
  • Handling all bookings and reservations.
  • Issue the weekly ship situation using the reservation system.
  • We offer patient assistance over the phone.
  • Handling patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Offer guidance to the patients.
  • Appointments Booking for OPD.
  • Make a call back to followed cases.
Job Requirements
  • Flexibility for 8 hours rotational shifts (Friday is Off)
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good command of English.
