Job Description
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
- Receive all the company’s internals/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
- Assist in other administration responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in secretarial work, libraries and archives
- Proficiency in English language and computer applications
- Permanent residence in Cairo is preferred
