Job Description
- Act as first line support for customers.
- Perform software testing for in-house developed apps.
- Do installation and maintenance for linux OSs
- Preparation of documentation and manuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Support manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- ISTQB certificate is a big advantage
- Linux hands on experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
