- Hold meetings with the department personnel periodically to solve technical problems.
- Make decisions for the products under operation and rejected products by the quality team.
- Hold periodic meeting with management to look into the customers’ returns and complaints to take preventive solutions.
- Review the raw materials and final products storage methods with the storage manager.
- Approve customer’s specifications.
