Production Engineer

Main Duties:

• Minimize overall production costs by maximizing productivity.
• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
• Validation of Work Orders and printing the raw materials Sheet.
• Receiving raw materials needed for the production shift.
• Delivery of the Finished Products to the finished products warehouse.
• Prepare Work Order Schedule for the Shift.
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed.
• Develop a true team spirit and work in partnership with colleagues.
• Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.
• Ensure the performance of the department at its best level, in order to reach the plant’s performance target.
• Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
