Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Leverage all recruiting channels including campus hiring, traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Interview internal and external candidates, using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
- Actively participate in our CPI (continuous process improvement) programs by revising process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommending changes
- Manage recruitment process in an effective way, work towards the highest level results.
Job Requirements
- Min. 4 years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational or shared service environment
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
- Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, work hard and dedicate to business development.
- Familiarity with assessment and selection recruitment methodologies
- University or college degree, preferably in HR or related field
- Excellent communication management skills
- Experience in recruiting for IT industrial area or internet company is a distinct advantage
