Job Description
- Handling all issues with international & local suppliers (phone calls - papers and documents).
- Handling orders activities.
- Responsible as a contact person with the suppliers.
- Review and follow up on all orders requested by Customers.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that orders come in, on time, and in case of problems trace order and follow up.
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Plan and track the orders to the final destination according to customer promised time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 0 - 2 years of experience in the same field
- Excellent English language is a must
- Very good computer knowledge
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Working under pressure.
- Hard worker.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Other Office Packages
