Job Description
- Responsible for covering the reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Provide information about establishments, such as a location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned from the management.

- Bachelor degree.
- Fresh graduates can apply.
