Job Description

  • Responsible for covering the reception area.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize meetings and appointments.
  • Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Provide information about establishments, such as a location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fresh graduates can apply.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer orientation skills.
  • Females only can apply.
  • Residents in the Sixth of October City are preferred.
