About the Job
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree at least
  • Expert in archiving systems and databases developing
  • Expert of internet browsing and advanced user of all MS office apps (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • English Fluency is A must
  • Third Language Fluency is A plus
