Job Description
- Dealing with commercial and contractual correspondence
- Monthly Valuation and recommendation to client- Experience in handling variations and claims
- Administering insurance/bonds/guarantee
- Project reporting but not limited to cash flow management, earned value monitoring and miscellaneous project progress reporting
- Coordination with contractor and client regarding related issues
- Compliance to client project specific guidelines
- Final accounts and contract close out issue
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in the administration of commercial and/or governmental contracts
- 9-15 years of experience with reputable companies (PMC/Contracting) as Quantity Surveyor
- Familiar to international standards, local regulations and practices.
- Possess analytical mind, can work under pressure with minimum supervision and result oriented.
- Can communicate very well in industry language.
