Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all kind of customer’s questions through calls/emails/skype
- Investigate and resolve (if possible) issues related to our application
- Work effectively with other departments to drive issues to resolution
- Use the existing collection of help, troubleshooting and how-to articles, as well as gained experience, when resolving issues
- Contribute to the existing knowledge base, update user guide with new articles
Job Requirements
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills both are must (at least Upper intermediate level)
- Previous experience in a Customer/Technical/ Application Support will be at least one year.
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering Graduate
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of client-server architecture, Web and Network technologies
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Knowledge of Basic SQL queries
- Perfect troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to “get things done”, problem-solving
- Ability to learn and support complicated applications and systems
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience with any bug tracking system
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
