About the Job


  • Handle all kind of customer’s questions through calls/emails/skype
  • Investigate and resolve (if possible) issues related to our application
  • Work effectively with other departments to drive issues to resolution
  • Use the existing collection of help, troubleshooting and how-to articles, as well as gained experience, when resolving issues
  • Contribute to the existing knowledge base, update user guide with new articles
Job Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken German and English skills both are must (at least Upper intermediate level)
  • Previous experience in a Customer/Technical/ Application Support will be at least one year.
  • Computer Science or Computer Engineering Graduate
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, Web and Network technologies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Knowledge of Basic SQL queries
  • Perfect troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to “get things done”, problem-solving
  • Ability to learn and support complicated applications and systems

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Experience with any bug tracking system
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems
