About the Job
  • Works with sales staff to achieve customer satisfaction and improve the product convincing, needs and loyalty by interacting with customer directly to understand the customer needs and, work targeting achieve the needs through the product features, commercial and marketing conditions
  • Accompany sales professionals to client meetings to sell the specific company’s product (considering cost and solution selling concepts) and understanding potential limitations of the product and take necessary action in conjunction with his direct Manager.
  • Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner
  • Trains salespeople and customer service representatives to assist in optimizing sales and customer satisfaction
  • Organizes and attends events and exhibitions
  • Carries out market/supplier published research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
  • Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response
  • Contributes to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives
  • Overseeing product financial budgets and promotional spending to ensure maximum profitability
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or suitable academic certificate suitable for the job from a reputable university
  • Preferably 4 - 6 years of experience in selling Lubricant Products.
  • Very Good command of English language.
