Job Description
- We are looking for a lifestyle manager that will give our clients a 5 star service.
- Their main job is to comminacate with our clients as well as build a relationship.
- A concierge lifestyle manager is someone that is available on location ( high end residential project or large corporate office) and allows our clients to ask for any of our 1000 services through them.
- Most of the services are done by the back office or team on the ground but the lifestyle manager is the only person that meets and speaks to the client directly.
- A lifestyle manager also collects information about the property, company or client such as birthdays, major events and more.
- We also expect the lifestyle manager to comminicate with the back office and give us any important information needed.
- The job is 1 shift from 9 AM to 5 PM (or similar)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years expierience in any hospitality field (prefer hotels)
- Friendly, outgoing and polite
- Speaks English very well and arabic
- Able to use a computer and send emails
- Male or female
