Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards to keep the company updated on all new issues.
Co-operate with quality management and standards bodies (e.g.,ISO, Government Departments, HSE, etc) to manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor
Checking, monitoring and daily production report submitting to higher authority.
