Conducts the analysis and design of new modules in the in-house developed systems and ensures that requirements are clearly communicated between the end users and the development team.
Prepares the annual estimated IT budget in coordination with the leadership team.
Attends school leadership meetings when necessary.
Liaises with the purchasing department to ensure that all IT purchases are performed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Fully understand the school’s technological requirements and responds to staff complaints and reported IT-related problems.
Sets KPIs for the ICT team members, conduct their annual performance appraisal interviews and presents the appraisal reports to the HR department. Set the targets of the team and prepare their professional development plans.
Liaises with the academic technology coordinators in all schools to ensure that all their technical requirements are satisfied by the ICT department’s resources.
