About the Job
  • Make initial export invoices and send them to customers for approval.
  • Send export invoices to the factory to start production and follow up what has been completed in addition to the actual review on orders before shipping in the factory.
  • Follow-up on all matters related to the Export department's management, especially the Regional Director's Office of the export department.
  • Performs the credit data received from the Department accountant in the bills of lading.
  • Analyze the monthly and quarterly sales at the level (Type-category-sales sector) against the last year and against the plan for each country.
  • Prepares a combined follow-up report for all export orders to all countries as soon as they reach the customers in quantities and agreed value.
  • Follow up the export supervisors in sending the monthly and weekly visits plan on time.
