Job Description
- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Create and Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goal
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
- Minimum of 10 Years’ experience including at least 2 years of Managerial Level
- Master Degree of Marketing is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
- Experience in eCommerce is a MUST
- Experience in GCC in highly preferable
- Experience in e-commerce and Startups is a BIG PLUS
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
