Job Description
- Answers customer queries raised regarding the product.
- Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow up till completion.
- Understand the issue reported by the customer and analyze it.
- Resolve support issues With a focus on root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
- Work closely with the rest of the support team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, engineering or related experience
- Should have worked hands on web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, AJAX , JSP and Struts.
- Should have knowledge in designing and developing Web services using SOAP, RESTful and XML.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
- Working knowledge of web application security concepts and tools.
- Excellent knowledge Of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
- Working knowledge of IBM WebSpher Application Server, IBM Message Queue and IBM DB2. Working knowledge Of basic network configuration.
