About the Job
  • Follow up on delivery dates.
  • Prepare tender papers & give samples
  • Conduct follow-up meetings/calls to clients to ensure delivery of products on time and finalizing the product installation physically and documentary according to their satisfaction as well as reporting/handling customer complaints or suggestions to the Direct Manager
  • Build weekly plans for coverage and visits to clients in line with the coverage targets highlighted in the sales plan through categorization of clients, routing for higher efficiency in coverage and revising the plan with the District Manager,
  • Assist/cooperate with the collection function of the organization in following up on payments, late invoices as well as providing leads and data to support such operation in the Finance function,
  • In some cases, follow-up internally on the delivery of products to the clients and even handle delivery of late products/missing items to clients and receive the sign-off documentation according to the company’s policies to the satisfaction of the client,
  • Respond promptly for the customer’s needs and calls, in a way that satisfy them.
