Job Description
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company’s sales strategic plan and objectives.
- Prepares the team’s annual targets and supports the team to achieve the targets.
- Market visiting to all customers at least once monthly to all key accounts, and ones quarterly to remaining customers.
- Develops strong relations with the key accounts and constantly follows up to ensure the targets are being met (monthly / quarterly / annually).
- Regular visits to all customers to ensure the required level of service is delivered by the sales team.
- Evaluate sales performance of his team in the field, but also internally (cooperation with other staff, teamwork, reporting, etc).
- Coordinates all sales action needed from his team to ensure the sales and marketing plan is properly implemented.
- Communicates with all supporting departments (supply chain, customer service, marketing, technical support) to resolve any problems / issues that may compromise performance.
- Facilitate daily tasks related to sales by taking corrective actions when needed
- Prepares the annual sales plan in collaboration with the SM.
- Holds weekly / monthly meeting with his team to follow-up on teams’ progress, receive market information, exchange ideas and assign new tasks.
- Holds meetings with the marketing department to discuss the market needs and develop new promotional ideas and marketing actions.
- Collaborates with the NPG segment manager to exchange important information regarding current products’ performance, new product introduction from other BU’s, and new product developments needed.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, and measuring results.
- Organize and manage market data and intelligence and identify opportunities to improve brand performance
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and ensures effectiveness of marketing communications, both internally and externally.
- Ensures that all company sales points and dealers (color-shops, Numix shops, key accounts) are implementing the marketing strategy or plan.
Job Requirements
Education:-
- BSc in commerce or marketing.
- MBA is a plus.
Other Abilities:-
- At least 10 years experience in the field of paints, with proven supervisory and managerial capabilities.
- Local market knowledge (customers, products, competitors).
- Excellent command in English and Arabic (written & verbal).
- Flexible, possesses leadership, active, proactive, result oriented, work under pressure, delivers on time, team player, respects hierarchy.
- Analytical and training skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Have some sales experience and extensive marketing experience.
