Job Description
- Communicate effectively all customers’ inquires or sales on the telephone through following contact center procedures and quality standards.
- Guiding Guests on their holiday inquiry, serving customers from different places including UAE, KSA, UK, USA and Malaysia.
- Promoting and selling holiday packages.
- Designing Itineraries.
- Follow up on queries.
- Build a customer relationship/partnership through gaining customer trust.
- Maintain high performance through accomplishing assigned targets and Quality guidelines on the due dates.
- Show a comprehensive knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continues self-improvement and following quality standards.

Job Requirements
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
- At least One Year of experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Languages: Arabic (Mother tongue) & Intermediate Command of the English Language
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Willing to learn about new destinations
- 18 – 35 years old
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills
