Job Description
We are growing and looking for a Sales Manager!
Responsibilities Include:
- Reports to CEO
- Oversee all B2B orders. Responsible for managing key accounts with retail partners
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential B2B customers.
- Develop, operate and evaluate sales field action plan to meet target growth.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Supply management with reports on partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years FMCG or Food and Beverage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including leading and participating in formal presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills as well as the ability to cultivate leads, build relations, and close the deal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, other programs as it pertains to this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills
