Job Description
- Supervise & Manage his sales agents.
- Motivate his agents to close sales.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Setting weekly, monthly goals for himself & his agents to achieve the goals , If the goals are not met he offers advice and motivation for his team and know what are their weaknesses to work on.
- Clothing the sales deal with the customers
- Making outdoor visits with his team when needed is a must to know everything about the projects and make awareness presentation to his team grantee the successful sales process
- Perform human resources duties according to company requirements to achieve company goals such as conducting interviews.
- Setting monthly sales plan to the company matched with the company goal & Objectives.
- Sales managers may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.
- Increase company projects & Profit
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in the same position with successful scores in previous
- Excellent in leadership ability and management process.
- High degree and advanced skills in negotiating skills , selling skills , and operating computers.
- Lives in 6 October , Haram or Giza City
- Good in English language
- Highly Ambitious & Dynamic .
- Capable of Both team & individual work
- Self-reliance and self motivated.
- Owing a car is preferred .
