Job Description
- Implements SU recruiting strategy
- Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Administering pre-employment tests
- Assists in developing short and long range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, human capital losses and changes in critical competencies.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs
- Performs job evaluations and job analyses
- Assists with processing employee grievances
- Coordinates and resolves various issues with bank Staff Accounts
- Prepares or updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Assisting with completing background investigations
- Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
- Assist in preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
- Assist in All OD related Functions
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent English.
- Human Resources Diploma is essential
- Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year experience in OD.
