Job Description
- Candidate will evaluate, implement, and maintain tool chains for IC design.
- Work with AMS front end and back end teams on designs, design process and automation.
- Candidate will interface with EDA vendors, qualifying EDA tools, developing tools and flows,
customizing and integrating tools and general user support. - Candidate will architect the overall platform for IC design.
- Candidate will develop custom flows and manage tool installation and support.
- Candidate will proactively analyze and optimize design flows.
- Candidate will assess new technologies and integrate into internal process.
- Candidate will install and configure external IPs and design kits.
- Candidate will develop internal methodology checks and rule decks.
- Candidate will be responsible of release process and quality checks.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.
- 0-5 Years of experience in CAD or IC design-related fields.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system.
- Knowledge of shell scripting/programming languages (TCL, Perl, Skill, Makefile, and Shell) is a plus.
- Experience with data management tools (Subversion, CVS, GIT) is a plus.
- Detail oriented and able to work in a collaborative team.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
