Job Description
- Providing financial reports to the board of director
- Managing the staff and motivate them to achieve the desired performance
- Oversee operations and design the needed framework to meet department desired goals
- Monitoring cash flow and predicting future trends
- Maintaining and developing banks relationships & Managing company long term and short term loans
- Make a regular meetings with management team regarding cash flow in order to assure that adequate control is in place
- Manage the preparation of the company's annual budget
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Make and review monthly presentation showing company financial reports and achievements
- Providing working capital analysis
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Handling annually tax inspections and give the proper assist.
