Job Description
- Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing programs and submit summary reports to management each month.
- Create plans that will be executed in the event of interior or exterior of the facility.
- Coordinate daily schedules and special programs for stakeholders in collaboration with team members.
- Devise an annual training preparation course for staff.
- Manage the program in compliance with grants and other funding requirements
- Provide a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
- Work with information services staff to develop accurate, user-friendly database applications.
- Monitor program progress and report this in regular meetings with high-end managers and any stakeholders funding the program.
- Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of the program.
