Job Description
- A Technical Sales Engineer will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Also promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Technical Sales Engineer is the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
- Candidate must have experience in B2B sales of ICT products and services (Networking, Security, Cloud and Data Center, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Awareness to sale co. products, services and markets.
- Preparing weekly sales Plan/ reports and keeping customer records.
- Respond to customer inquiries, clarifications and tenders.
- Preparing technical/ commercial offering in coordination with internal departments.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated Areas/ markets.
- Developing Short/ long-term relationships with clients.
- Delivery of product technical presentations demonstrating how a product and services meets client needs and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Any other sales/ pre/ after related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities, and establishing new business
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Maintain and expand your list/database of prospects
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge for all company's solutions
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
