Job Description
- Sales managers are responsible for acquiring new clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling and business-to-business visits.
- The Sales manager is responsible for the junior sales executives ensuring they are making enough outbound calls, sales attempts and are adhering to the company's sales policies and procedures.
- It is the sales manager's duty to make sure his/her team reaches its goal and achieves its target sales.
- A Sales manager is responsible for assigning new team members, and unassigned clients to team members.
- Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.
- The sales manager should assign the clients based on specialty and sales ability.
