Job Description
- To cover the needs of the project's required materials and works.
- Negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers to reach good deals and reach the best agreement among the terms of Quality & Cost & Time.
- Prepare comparison sheets for subcontractors/suppliers.
- Prepare contracts, PO's according to procurement plans.
- Adding new qualified subcontractors and suppliers to the Procurement Department's database.
- Settlement of subcontractors' disputes in compliance with the contract's provisions.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
- 5 to 9 years of experience, including at least 3 years of experience in the construction procurement field.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
