Job Description

  • Responsible for answering the customer inquiries regarding any part item through phone, email, or face to face inquiries to meet the customer needs.
  • Offer parts accessions & lifestyle items to the customer and give some technical recommendations in order to achieve the parts sales target.
  • Inform the customers about the new offers & promotions face to face or through the phone to support in achieving the parts sales target.
  • Create parts pack slip and give it to the warehouse to start preparing the ordered package and review its quality and condition to ensure that it is not expired or damaged and ensuring that it is well packed before delivering it to the customer.
  • Create the Parts Requisition which indicates that a part item is taken from the warehouse and hand a copy to the customer to give it to the Finance department to pay the parts cash amount
  • Deliver the packed part to the customer after receiving a copy from the parts requisition which ensures that the parts fees was settled.
  • Check the unavailable parts with other branches and make an internal transfer if the part is available in other branches.
  • Create a parts list with the unavailable parts if the customer needs a part which is not available in Egypt and notifies the customer with the delivery date of the ordered part & its estimated price to get his approval before ordering it.
  • Determine the means of transportation if it will be delivered through DHL, VOR or sea freight and create a part list and send it to the stock controller to order the unavailable items from Germany.
  • Follow up with the ordered items till ensuring its arrival in the warehouse to notify the customer that his order was delivered.
  • Create a warning list with the out of stock items & the items which is about to be out of stock to communicate it with the stock controller to order it.
  • Handle the customer complaints related to the parts in his location to increase the customer's satisfaction.
  • Create weekly lost sale report which represents the parts availability and create the warning list to send it to the Parts Sales Manager to communicate it with Parts Stock Controller to order it from Germany.
  • Generate Sales Target achievement report weekly/monthly/quarterly to send it to the Parts Sales Manager.
  • Create monthly Over Report to send it to Parts Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an automotive company

  • Driving license in an appropriate class
