About the Job
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings
  • Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
  • Close deals and achieve the target as well
Job Roles: Sales/Retail
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years Experience in sales management in Egypt is a MUST
  • Experience in ERP, CRM sales management is preferable skills
  • Awareness of Egyptian market opportunities and competition
  • Excellent communication and team leading skills
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent presentation (oral and documentation) skills
  • Owning a car is a must
