About the Job
  • Taking information about beneficiary completely and faultlessly by answering coming declarations by E-mail or by Phone related to subjects such as assistance Medical , or others , and treatment in abroad or to other services the company provides. Entering all the progress and the things carried out for follow the all instruction of answering the phone , opened files in detail and insert it to computer system and to written files.
  • Providing the service to beneficiaries serially and properly by making necessary organisation (The companies which have rights to get service in accordance with contract requirements), communicating Team Leader or Operation Manager when there is power exceeding or a problem occurs and following all of the process until the file ends up.
  • Communicating with present providers (hospital, medical center-clinic, ambulance, dialysis center, hotel, towing service,locksmith, flower shop, updating the information relative to foundation and authorized people, Delivering the obtained information to Team Leader or Operation Manager.
  • Registering beneficiary's and/or provider's complaints and informing Team Leader or Operation Manager that complaint record is composed.
