Job Description
Main Duties:
- All Hardware Installations and store keeping
- Technical Support for Hardware’s
- ERP system installations in other branches
- Daily Back-up
- Users Data Backup & Shared Folders
- Assist in Network when needed
- Administration Tasks (Windows, Antivirus)
- Data Entry when needed
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of computer science or Information System.
- Good Command in English
- Minimum two years’ experience as a help desk admin with the following:
- Good Knowledge for Operating Systems: Windows 7 ,10
- Ability to multitask
- Good PC troubleshooting background
- Good communication skills
