Job Description
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware (including desktop computers and printers) and standard desktop applications (including Microsoft office applications, virus protection, and network security).
- Troubleshooting the end users incidents via remote or deskside support.
- Responsible for on-site IT end-user support for network, telecommunication, desktop hardware and standard applications
- Maintain detailed configuration of computer and communication equipment.
- Responsible to maintain an inventory of all IT end-user Assets.
- Video conference support.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support position in a large company.
- The broad range of Desktop, Notebook, mobiles and IP telephony knowledge, having knowledge on network and Microsoft technologies will be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of standard desktop applications and operating systems, especially regarding Microsoft office applications, Adobe products, and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of IT Service Desk procedures, anti-virus and security systems.
- Understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery systems.
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Education: Bachelor/Diploma in computer science, engineering or equivalent required
- Certified CCNA, MSCA windows 7/10, ITIL, Compitia A+ is a plus.
