Job Description
Housekeeping director will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruiting
- Assisting with housekeeping personnel training
- Assuring customer complaints are appropriately responded to
- Assisting in motivating housekeeping employees and supervision
- Assisting in other managerial duties
Job Requirements
- Very strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in housekeeping preferably in a 5 star hotel.
