Job Description
- Configures or modifies configuration on Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Provides solution oversight for module design, configuration and integrations.
- Work closely with the Technical Consultants/Team to provide requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration and conversions for Oracle EBS.
- Provides inputs to project planning activities and project status reports to Project Manager
- Initiate’s corrective action to stay on project schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bsc.in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field
- 4-7 years of experience
- 3+ end to end HCM Implementation.
- Experience in Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge of Oracle Unified Methodology “OUM”.
- Strong EBS Knowledge for Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Self service).
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
- Fusion HCM Knowledge (Workforce Deployment, Talent Management) is a plus
