Job Description
- Reporting to the Group Finance Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Establish and maintain local policies as they relate to the receipt issuance and general controls of food and beverage and other important cost areas in the Company.
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyzing data collected and recording results.
Job Requirements
- Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
