Job Description
Main Duties:
- Coordinate between all parties (internal and external) for the import, manufacturing and delivery of the finished products to Dakahlia Poultry
- Ensure that all activities are compliant with the Ministry registrations and company standards
- Log all expenses and revenues (in coordination with the accounting team) to make sure the unit is profitable.
- Find adequate suppliers for various items when no such suppliers exist and make the adequate arrangements to have them included in the supply chain.
- Manage the periodic meeting with all stakeholders to ensure plans are complied to and objectives are fulfilled.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge in accounting, purchasing and supply chain/logistics concepts
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
- Must be fluent in Arabic, and must have a very good command of English.
- Must be able to identify, negotiate and resolve all obstacles to the smooth operations with internal or external parties.
- Must be able to plan tasks and produce forecasts and projections, quarter ahead, and must be able to anticipate potential problems or issues and take proactive action to prevent their occurrence.
- Must be analytical to identify root causes of issues, and define policies and solutions that would resolve those issues once and for all.
