Job Description
- Manage, lead and coach the products control team, and accountable for all reports issued by-products control department.
- The focal point of communication with all of the external stakeholders, EGPC, products grid operators and ships calling the terminal.
- Review and follow up the compliance with the Company’s agreements (contracts).
- Development and review custody transfer and communication procedures and work instructions.
- Optimization of planned Shutdown scenarios within the company.
- Developing and negotiating the products Annual Delivery Program (ADP).
- Responsible for coordination and follow-up of the delivery program, and coordinate the products redelivery schedule, and make sure its compliance with the company’s agreement.
- Monitor and update the monthly delivery plan, and develop planning and scheduling scenarios that optimize the utilization of terminal capacity, and communicate them to the concerned parties.
- Issue the 90-day product delivery/unloading schedule.
- Prepare the monthly forecast for products supply, and the ADP vs. actual deviation report.
Job Requirements
- Education: Chemist/Engineer
- Certifications: IFIA (preferred)
- Language: English Language (read, write, conversation).
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet Applications, SAP.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 12 years.
