About the Job
  • Helping customers solve technical issues with our Printing Machines.
  • Answer questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our Printing Machines.
  • Communicating customer needs and requires to our engineering staff.
  • Handle the emergency call (on phone call support).
  • Experience of dealing with technical issues.
  • Introduce our new products to the customers when they need.
  • Maintain accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
  • Work with other members of the technical team to ensure standardization of all documentation and procedures.
  • Follow up with our customers the solve of their problems and know their Feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Females only
  • B.sc of Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical Power) .
  • Familiarity with computer applications
  • You will be the first point of contact from our company with our customers handle their requests for assistance (installation, repair, training.......etc ).
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • The ability to be a good listener,understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
