About the Job

Lead and direct the sales team to commit to achieving sales targets in accordance with company policies and regulations

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsible for planning the area and determining the selling capacity
  • Responsible for the work of classification of the area and determine the size of each customer and his purchasing power.
  • Planning and distribution of sales targets to sales officials to achieve sales objectives.
  • Organizing the daily salesmen's route and following up the implementation commitment.
  • Responsible for follow-up stores sales officials and the extent of their conformity to the actual.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with customer debts
  • Responsible for the commitment of sales officers to implement the long term and determined sales policies for each category as decided by the company.
  • Responsible for the follow-up of sales officials in the receipt and supply of cash dues on time
  • Responsible for conducting a firm review of the visits of sales officials to customers and the extent of their effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the development of points of sale in the region.
  • Responsible for ensuring sales team sales are safe and consistent with established policies.
  • Responsible for executing the sales and inventory plans planned by the direct manager.
  • Responsible for training new sales personnel and evaluating their performance during the testing period.
  • Responsible for informing the sales team of all company instructions and what is new.
  • Responsible for solving the problems of the administrative sales team with the company's management if any.
  • Responsible for training the sales team with all information about the company's products.
  • Responsible for building strong relationships with customers to serve the work.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in the field of sales not less than three years as a district manager.
  • Sales distribution background.
