The role:
- Raise customer Work Orders and managing project budgets and milestone delivery
- Manage customer purchase orders and receipting practices, including producing detailed customer reports
- Implementation of new ERP customer management system, including data entry, month-end processing, customer and internal reporting
- Ownership of Key Performance Indicators
- General administration and project related work
Job Requirements
To succeed :
- Experience in dealing with customer projects and a good level of commercial acumen
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent levels of numeracy
- Advanced Excel and Word
- ERP experience is a big advantage, as initially, the role will require significant time working in our ERP system to synchronize it with our tracker system
- Ability to use Visio and experience of process mapping an advantage
