About the Job
  • Arrange Meetings with potential clients at construction, industrial, or consultants to show Company Profile and pre-qualification, and to inform them about service, availability, and advantages.
  • Acting as a contact key between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, to promote the Company Projects Value of company services, and sales support.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific client requirements, including a request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Follow up with the technical office to ensure that quotations sent on time.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales & deals.
  • Research and identify potential clients for services.
  • Recommend improved methodology and technics to clients, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase productivity.
  • Participate in developing sales plans to introduce services in new markets.
  • Document account activities, generate reports and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
  • Maintain sales forecasting reports, Market & Customers’ needs
  • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Identify resale / reprising opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans.
  • Attend trade shows and organize seminars to promote services or to learn about industry developments.
Job Requirements

Candidate must be:

  • Graduate: From AUC or GUC or CUC or Navy academy.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in the same position.
  • Place: From Cairo ( or any near area ).
  • Male / Female.
  • Certificates: Prefer Advanced Sales / Marketing Diploma.
  • Plus: Presentable, English Fluent, Driving License, Prefect in Communication Skills ( Negotiation, Dealing, presentation ).
  • NOTE: the position in Contracting ( Specialized works ) Company.
